NO GAMES!

The whole world is at a point in its spiritual evolution that we must walk the talk, and not just
talk the talk.
What we set our intent and attitude to be in this moment will stick with us for the next 10 to
20 years.
I am not interested in repeating any old patterns or judgments about myself or others.
I choose unconditional love instead of anger.
I choose cooperation instead of conflict.
I choose honesty and integrity instead of lies and deceit.
To remove the conflict and confusion in one’s life we must be ready to stand naked before the
world without denial, games, and deceit.
We must fess up to our stuff in order to grow!
We must stop protecting the scared little boy and/or girl inside that is afraid to show its
true/real self to anyone; otherwise you may become hurt, exposed, and vulnerable to the
world.
These are all alter-ego games we play with ourselves.
In truth, there is nothing to protect or be afraid of, it’s only us we see!
In order for all of us to be in harmony, mutual respect must be present.
My Brother and Sister, please put your anger and hostilities to rest within your being; these
feelings do not serve you well at all – they will cause a terrible cancer within and kill you!
It is important that we learn to ask for help when we need it – nothing is lost; you can only
gain when we have honesty and integrity within self!
Learn to love unconditionally! When you are in pain, I am in pain.
Now is the time to express our gifts and not hide behind all the old movies that have held us
back and created limitations in our life.
No one is a victim of anyone’s actions – we create our own reality moment by moment.
So when we see ourselves as a victim it is because we are victimizing ourselves and others
in our lives – it’s just that simple!
I thank you for the opportunity to practice unconditional love with myself and others.
